DURU BULGUR’S SEMINAR AT BAHÇEŞEHİR UNIVERSITY

On March 7-8, 2017 Duru Bulgur met Bahcesehir University Nutrition and Dietetic students. In addition to bulgur training, bulgur related workshops were also held.

Dishes from bulgur were made at the end of the seminar, during which history of wheat and bulgur, production process of bulgur, importance of nutrition of bulgur, and examples of dishes cooked with bulgur were covered. Dishes from both Turkish and World cuisines were tried. At the end of the seminar, bulgur education certificates and books from Duru Bulgur Publications were presented to the students.
