DURU BULGUR WAS INVITED TO NUTRITION AND DIETETICS DEPARTMENT OF BİRUNİ UNIVERSITY FOR WORLD FOOD DAY EVENTS.

At the event held at Biruni University on 18 October, the presentation of Ayşe Sarımehmet, Marketing Director of Duru Bulgur, gave students the opportunity to learn the history, production process and content of bulgur. During the seminar students had a chance to learn that superior taste and healthy contents come from Stone Mills. After the seminar students tasted Extra extra coarse bulgur with Lentils, Chickpeas and Corn.
