Its name “cameo” was given by Dr. Gentinetta, meaning hand-crafted precious stone. Coming from Trakya Gönen region, Cameo rice has been first packed and offered to consumers by Duru Rice. 100% locally produced, first class long grain Cameo rice offers easier cooking consistency compared to other types of rice.
