Cabbage 1 sm head 1000 g
Water 4 cups 800 g
Dry onion 1 lg 100 g
Butter(melted) 6 tbsp 60 g
Ground meat 1 1/4 cups 250 g
Tomato paste 2 tbsp 20 g
Chili pepper 2 tsp 4 g
Salt 2 tsp 12 g
Duru Coarse Bulgur 1/4 cup 40 g
Ground black pepper 1 tsp 2 g

Construction

Detach cabbage leaves,rinseçBring 4 cups of water to boil,add 1 tsp salt and leaves;parboil.Drain leaves,reserving liquid,and chop small.Peel onion,chop very fine.Place in saucepan fat,onion,meat and saute till onions become golden and meat browns.Stir in 2 tbsp tomato paste or 2 chopped tomatoes and pepper flakes.Place cabbage on top,mix in lightly and add cooking liquid.Bring to boil,add salt,pepper,and bulgur.Simmer till tender.Serve with yoghurt combined with crushed garlic.
