Tomatoes 4 med 500 g
Butter or margarine(melted) 8 tbsp 80 g
Hot water 7 cups 1400 g
Duru Coarse Bulgur 2 cups 320 g
Salt 2 tsp 12 g

Construction

Wash tomatoes,remove skins,chop very fine.Saute fat and tomatoes,in saucepan,several mins,add water.Bring to boil,add bulgur and salt;simmer till bulgur is soft and serve at once.Water should be added in the event it cools.

Note

Stew the mixture with spinach,cabbage,or onions.The regional term 'şile'means pottage or stew('sulu pilav')
